Egg Nog

Egg Nog
from Judy Brox

½ gallon of Milk

2/3 cup Sugar

½ tsp salt

4 egg yolks

Mix together and cook under medium heat until film forms on spoon. Cool.

Mix together:

4 egg whites – beaten until foamy

6 tblsp sugar

Beat until forms a soft peak


2 tsp vanilla

Serve with Whip Cream on top
